I was gonna post a comment about how much I dislike the idea of a new low lvl party quest, but now I think they should just get rid of other party quests and leave this one lol.
Edit: I noticed in some part of the mazefind vid, after 0.35 the aran lays on the ground and hits a miss on the yeti on purpose, to then use the pyramid skill.
I have another question. how do you trigger the pyramid skill? do you have to set it on a key and press it once your pyramid count is enough, or it shots out itself the moment you have enough pyramid counts?
Edit 2: I wish the music from the mazefind video was the actual music for these maps XP

You have to press a key combination (down arrow + up arrow + attack key) and every 500 kills you can use the pyramid move.

Allright I know many of you are thinking we are gonna get this in Masteria's Yetnix. Even though on the outside they might be the same, I highly doubt it will be in NLC.
My opinion is based on the fact that New Leaf City is like Maple's Las Vegas (I know its not Las Vegas with slot machines alcohol, but bear with me) In Las Vegas, there is an Eifel (spellcheck on that) Tower, a Roman Colliseum, and oh, whats this? A Pyramid. Does that mean everything on the inside of those structures are exactly the same as the originals? Hell no.
New Leaf City has the Yetnix. It looks like the one in Nihal Desert. For all we know, it could be futuristic stuff inside it. I still have faith our Yetnix will be original, because so far everything in NLC has (excpet maybe for that maple aniversary event crap, but events dont count

Is it just me or does the kill/cool/miss system look a lot like Dungeon Fighter's dungeon completion screen?
Also, the PQ-only skill looks badass.

From the looks of it, the way this is designed, mobbing skills are a must here. Assassins get screwed over hard.

EDIT: And I just noticed that Mazefind is Level 61 and doing the PQ. Is this a test server thing, or is there something about the supposed Level 40-60 limit that I don't know about?
A few important things to note:
0) The mini egyptian Yeti can only be killed via use of the new skill.
1) At the top left we see a pyramid symbol with a x5, meaning he has five uses of the pyramid skill.
2) The pyramid skill does 1 damage and never misses. Since all mobs have only 1 HP, it's an insta-map clear.
3) Deaths via pyramid skill do not count towards kill counter.
4) After examining the video further, I viewed 500+ kills and the counter for the pyramid at the top right did not go up at all. There does not appear to be a way to gain more uses, as evident in that video. However, there is the possibility that there is a way to gain more uses within the PQ (without starting over of course) that just wasn't displayed in the video.
5) The act bar at the top (colored red->yellow->green) goes down whether or not the guy was killing. It went down while he was killing monsters and while he attacked, thus the bar drains over time. This is more obvious at 3:00 when he starts the new act.
6) The bar fills back up per kill, unable to determine if "cool" kills fill bar more since he kills things too quickly for the bar to drain much.
7) The thing where someone mentioned he missed against the pyramid enemies first and THEN used the skill. Don't pay too much attention to that. The pyramid skill adds to the combo counter. He was just waiting until monsters spawned before using it. And accidentally swung at one.
8) Later (3:50ish), another yeti spawns. Since he is now low on the skill usage, he is waiting until a more opportune moment to use the skill.
9) at (5:21) he does a single hit of 11k. It does not trigger a "cool" kill. Yet an earlier hit of ~7k does. Unable to fully determine what constitutes a "cool" kill.

As I understand it, you can get to the Pig Map by manipulating quest. This will, of course, royally rape every Islander, as Shrooms and Blue snails will be their best training options, while newer Islanders will be able to train off of Pigs.
Not sure how the quest work, since Maze has a vendetta against quest....
If you can get to the Pig Map without quest, then Islanders are better off, as pure Pigs > DF & SF.

The "cool kill" is defined in the WZ files as a certain damage dealt (usually between 700 - 1500 damage) and a probability of between 5 - 10%. These two variables are defined on the mob itself.

He was trying to use the skill he pressed down didnt press up but pressed attack, he just happened to be nearby a yeti

Well, I was expecting a new boss of such; Other then a Yeti *sigh*
but I just it would make more sense since it IS a Yetinix...
Still Looks good; But if it's only for 25-30 / 40-60
my main an't going to be able to them

'파라오의 분노' 스킬은 kill카운트와 cool 카운트의 합계가 500이 될때마다 추가됩니다.
다른 모든 수치도 'kill+cool' 카운트 로 매겨집니다.
ㄴ. cool count show that player kill monster with more damage.
cool 카운트는 몬스터에게 더 많은 데미지를 줄 때 보여집니다.
ㄷ. [Pharaoh's blessing] buff damage up to 400% and atk speed up to 4.
[파라오의 축복]버프는 [데미지 400%, 공격속도 4단계 향상]~의 효과가 있습니다.
count → 1step : 200 2step : 500 3step : 1000 4step : 2000
kill+cool 카운트 → 1단계 200, 2단계 500, 3단계 1000, 4단계 2000

That IS the 88k. You don't get exp from kills in the PQ, you get it as a bonus afterwards.
Also, *Gasp* at 400% damage and +4 attack speed. I'm gonna love this with my Aran, esp with my Super Snowboard. 91 att fast speed <3[/COLOR]

I got ~50 exp per kill when I did the PQ on easy mode. 72407 exp with 1397 kills.

3 minutes per round for 5 rounds so 15 minutes. It could be different on normal/hard mode.
Edit: Its the same with normal/hard mode but I can't check exp on them because its too hard to solo for a ranger.
