Bed Making

You guys are awesome! I thought for sure with all the lazy f'aggots in this thread that you'd all be people who leave the seat and lid up too! I was wrong!

I always make sure both are down before I leave the bathroom. When we have relatives over, I end up closing it for them when I walk by because it's so tacky and rude. Same for when my sister had her stupid boyfriends. Instant failure if you can't even close the toilet. Raised in a barn? Goodness.

This morning I woke up with the comfeter half off the bed and hugging the sheets. This is why I don't make my bed. While some of you may just take 10 seconds to do it, it would take me at least a few minutes, which isn't worth it since I'll do the same thing the next night :I

Once again, on the toilet seat issue, who gives a damn what position the seat is in. Toilets have this great design where it's easy to raise and lower the lid. It takes nearly no effort to do so, and all the complaining about it is unfounded. It's like argueing putting a remote on a table as opposed to the arm of a couch. It's easy to get it from either place, so why complain about it?

SOUNDS LIKE EXCUSES TO ME.

I'm the same way. My bed is often a huge mess when I wake up. I always retuck and properly adjust all the sheets and comforter every morning. It takes me 1-3 minutes to make my bed, and I couldn't care less.

I just use a comforter at my dorm, though. That's quicker.

God, I ALWAYS close the seat and lid of the toilet, even if I just walk past the bathroom and I see it up, it makes me rage when my relatives leave the seat and lid of the toilet up.

I put both down too. It just feels natural. I don't really have any problems with others not putting it down though.

And I've never heard anyone use the term "comforter" before this thread. I guess I have one after I looked it up but I always thought and spoke of it as a blanket.

If I'm feeling like an ass, I completely take the seat off, but leave the lid.

I always put the toilet seat and the lid down.

It surprises me to see that there's a few people here that do that too, I honestly thought I was the only person to do that.

I know, right? With all these people saying they do it too my mind is blown.

Always make bed, always put down lid (and thus seat). It's not that hard, you know. Besides, it's more comfortable to actually go to bed when it's well made. And girls prefer it made, too.

And by the way, do anyone NOT change panties/boxers after showering or taking a bath? That would be an interesting concept.

That would be gross.

And Felix, I nor anybody else is in my room, so I see no point in having my bed made since it actually takes some effort, not just throwing the sheets back into place. If people were to actually see my bed on a regular basis, I would make it, but there's no point.

And why are so many of you OCD about the toilet lid? it's a bathroom, and as long as it's clean, I don't see much of a point in how it looks.

You guys should see the public toilets in France. Half of them don't even have seats. OR LIDS.
