So this wasn't something I found, but rather something I did. I feel I did some nice merching here (and had some great luck), so I feel this is the appropriate thread for this.
Bought a 3lined rare tempest ring for 15mil and epic potted it. I had 5 cubes left on a mule account from the 90% off sale and I threw them at it. Cube #3 brought it to unique, #4 gave me 15% int, but I was feeling cocky and #5 brought me to these stats. I was able to snag a loveless soul shooter for 130mil. It was 111 attack clean. I don't have a screenshot as this was a few days ago but guessing the seller forgot a 0.
Thought about resell but keeping to scroll is best I think.

I saw a 130WA Empress xbow for 50m... decided to come back after looking at a few more rooms... obviously it was gone by the time I was back...
