Black and White recent happenings thread!

As soon as I got to White Forest and the other two towns in the post-game, I realized that I'm very bored now ;~;

That's why I competitive battle. Pokemon games wouldn't last very long for me if I wasn't busy breeding and trying out a bunch of Pokes.

Leavanny, Lilligant, Sawsbuck, and hell maybe even Simisage are better than Snivy for in game runs. And I do kinda agree the starters aren't that great this generation. Gen 3 and 4 had the best starters all around.


Anyways, I just finished EV training Gurdurr and Ferroseed. Next I think I'm going to do a ghost type, either Frillish or Golurk. Not sure which yet.

Venusaur and Sceptile are probably the most notable grass types I've seen in UU/NU, where I spent most of my competitive battling days. I've never really cared for the OU scene, and Ubers is absurd to me - it just feels wrong using Legendaries on any team (yes, I would get pissed when people pulled Moltres on me in UU).

About to take on the 8th gym:

Krookodile - level 40
Lampent - level 41
Eelektrik - level 40
Stoutland - level 37
Duosion - level 33

I'm still not thrilled with Stoutland but meh.

I'm at 152/153 unova pokemon seen, and 147 owned. Need too see Zweilous (working on evolving my Deino)

Obviously this doesn't include the 3 event pokemon Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect.

I would only care if I were trading something one-of-a-kind. Otherwise it's just a little bit of wasted time but at least in the future I'd know who not to trust. But that hasn't happened to me yet, since I've only been trading with Southperry.

Woo, for the first time ever I have completed a version's pokedex. 153/153 get!

edit: cool, if you go to the game freak guy you get a neat certificate for it.

edit: is anyone willing to trade me some old version exclusives/legendaries just so I can get pokedex entries? Like Dialga, Palkia, Rayquaza, etc.
