Yeah, one sec; finally stopped playing around on MS and was just mindlessly browsing the internet.

Chaos was reigning. Villains were causing mayhem and extensive amounts of property damage to the city of Gotham.

As the remaining members of the group were approaching City Hall, Joker stood watching as the streets of Gotham burned. People were fleeing in terror, crying out as Clock King went around smashing windows, Clayface was crushing cars under his weight, and Joker was painting random things on walls and doors.

Suddenly, Batman descended from the rooftops.

"It's over Joker," he said, dropping a tied up Scarecrow from his shoulders. From the distance, the wail of police sirens could be heard approaching the municipal building.

"Oh Batman, you've found me, and just in time. You know, despite your good intentions, I will win this time. I've got a surprise for you, actually, care to see it?" At that, Joker reached into his jacket and pulled out a square box, and pushed down on the red button on it. A low-buzzing tone could be heard, but it was droned out by the now near sound of the police sirens. Joker looked frantically around, appearing confused.

"Looking for this?" said a voice from an alleyway concealed in the darkness. Out from the shadows stepped Batgirl, holding in her hand a diffused bomb. "We were on to your tricks, Joker."

Joker's face contorted into a cruel expression, and without hesitation he reached into his pants and pulled out his signature revolver. However, before he could fire the gun at Batgirl, his hand was hit with an object, knocking the pistol from his hands. With a thud, Robin landed on the sidewalk and reached up to catch the robin-rang(?(look, i know, it's lame. deal with it it fits the aesthetic)).

"I don't think so Joker."

Joker stood around, and saw that the police now encircled him, and had already apprehended the rest of his cronies. He stood with the Bat-trio staring him down, and the Gotham PD ready to fire if he even tried another trick. They wanted retribution for his murder of Commissioner Gordon.

As he stood, defeated, Joker let out a low, at first quiet laugh. Soon, however, he broke out into a hysterical fit, collapsing onto the ground and clutching his sides.
