Area Bosses - Which is which and how to find them

Did anyone manage to find "Reef" for the Faust quest?
I've been looking for him around the clock for two days now, and nothing.
Is there any other limitation to it, other then the time he is supposed to appear (according to maple site it's around midnight now, so he should be around, but he's not)

I believe the quest is glitched....

I think the time is supposed to be 5am-7pm (PST)? (I checked at 8:41)

It is and the quest is glitched.

wonder if they snuck in a fix for it during this sc or would it require a patch? i'm assuming just a sc would be required to fix it?

Timer spawns in Lost Time <2>, as well. A friend told me, I checked it out and sure enough it's true. I'm pointing this out because you say he only spawns in Whirlpool of Time.

No, I mean Lost Time 2. My SS clearly shows that.

I don't know if it spawns in Lost Time 1, as well. If it did, that'd be three maps it spawns in.

I found a Skylar from Timer, which was listed.

However, after a chain of quests I failed to find any trace of Kimera, could it be that this boss isn't out yet? Or am I purely unlucky?

Nvm, I afked on that platform thinking it's not out yet... I came back and.. someone killed it too T_T

P.S: You seem to only lose 1% for dying at Kimera though.

Unlucky ;p I've killed plenty of Kimeras, the only one that isn't working is Faust

oh that was a misunderstanding... i thought you meant that your friend told you it spawns in lost time <1> as well. maybe it was just a combination of me misunderstanding and slightly confusing wording

Faust himself spawns, but I think the NPC is glitched. It's never in the cursed forest.

Faust spawns in the first malady map. I've seen him a few times.

P.S: You seem to only lose 1% for dying at Kimera though.

I think you lose 1% if you get killed by a boss. Not sure about other Area Bosses, though. But I did lose only 1% as well when Chimera got the better of me

I think you lose 1% if you get killed by a boss. Not sure about other Area Bosses, though. But I did lose only 1% as well when Chimera got the better of me

Timer spawns at Lost Time 1, Lost Time 2, and whirlpool of time, but on the Lost Time maps the spawn time seems to be greater. King Sage Cat and Dyle also spawn on multiple maps.

It's based on map, not what kills you. Kimera's map is a special one and has the 1% rule in effect. Timer's does not.
