Skill order in the Cygnus 1st job doesn't matter because they level like crazy already. Isaac showed that for them grinding starts at lvl21 instead of 12, by then you will already have gotten enough in both. At Warriors I also like single targets with high numbers more than multiple targets with low numbers, but thats just me.

Nightwalker 2nd job is done, so all the second jobs are finished. You may notice Vampire's damage percent is even lower than it was in Fiel's extraction thread.

Sorry if you can't see this or if this loads slow; I tried downloading it to upload to youtube, but it doesn't work for some reason: http://www.pandora.tv/my.cige16/34145747

Soul warriors seem extremely overpowered =/

(if you can't see the video, the level 118 soul warrior is flash jumping across the bottom two platforms of the large skelegon map and can kill skelegons in two hits with brandish)

Edit: Also, flame pillar is totally overpowered... just compare it to thunderbolt. 33% more damage, better element (at least in kMS where they don't have singapore), and flame wizards get booster in 2nd job too. And it has the same spell attack as holy arrow, lol.

What does the "X% elemental removal" in elemental reset refer to? % chance of the casted attack being neutral?
Reply

% of the attack's Elemental Property. i.e. level 10 Elemental Reset will make your Fire Arrow 50% Neutral, 50% Fire.

Hahaha, holy pomegranate. Definitely going Soul Master.

...you haven't trained a 1st job Warrior at a mobby map like CFD, have you? Yeah they level fast, but why wouldn't you want to level faster?

Edit: Also, wtp @ Night Walker skilltables. I guess Sudden Attack's probably not that useful, but the only way to max Vampire would be to drop it and 10 Booster. Mastery, Critical, FJ, Haste...all too important. Too many useful skills in these tables.

lol skip haste. fj is good enough for mobility. or take points out of mastery if vampire works like L7... :f6:

Woot! I've been waiting for one of these. I thought of doing one myself but was too lazy and I figured that someone would do one eventually.

I'd personally just not add into Sneak Attack. I mean, in Second Job, you'll still be using Lucky 7, in conjunction with Haste and Flash Jump for mobility. Going into Dark Sight and then attacking out of it just seems too much of a hassle, imo. Unless it can really make a huge difference in one's training, I don't really see a great need to put points into it. If someone begs to differ, please let me hear your opinion, as I have absolutely no experience with Cygnus.

Windbreaker 3rd job is added. I also figured out the exact details of the (usually)4th job skills. They are always earned at 100 and 110 by defeating bosses, though the boss you have to fight is random. They all have the same stats so it's not an issue (this includes the same attack).

I like how all the skill trees are set up in a way that you can't max all the useful skills. I mean, it's frustrating as hell, but it also sets up some pretty diverse builds. For example, we may see some Strafeless Windbreakers, or some Windbreakers who don't have either Magnum Shot or Wind Shot.

Fixed.

Cygnus kinda reminds me of a CASUAL Maplestory. (Hi, Manda.)

1 strafe builds seem to be the most logical here. We all know you can effectively train to a relatively high level with just Arrow Rain in third, and with windreavers getting Rain maxed substantially faster (and already having a damage boost to boot) they'll be able to take advantage of these areas for longer periods (in particular, I'm writing that sentence with Red Nosed pirate's den 2 in mind). Level 1 strafe will easily replace Double Shot.

The other thing I would definitely advocate is saving 20 points before hitting 100 so you can max Hurricane immediately. This not only allows you to get maximum usefulness out of it, but keeps you from working on pointless skills. It should be quite easy for me to reach 71 with CPQ2 so I guess I'll be the guinea pig for Windbreaker 3rd job too :p

I personally think Magnum Shot has significant value. Wind Shot not so much. 1 Strafe is definitely the way to go with the new 71%. Godly Arrow Rain is plenty to go from 71~100. Might require a bit of Wind Shot though to take care of that Lv100 boss?

If you leave Strafe at 1, you can max every other skill by 100. That leaves you with 0 saved points for Hurricane, though. I guess you could leave Puppet at a low level (6 or 9) until after you max Hurricane, though.

When it says that you need to stand still for x seconds to use Magnum/Wind Shot, does it mean that you have to stand still doing nothing for that amount of time before using the skill, or that that's how long it takes for the skill's animation to finish?
