Doubtful, but maybe slightly. It mostly depends on Lidium heart rates and how many people still have Unleashed scrolls and large supplies of CS to perfect them.

I'm guess clean ones will deflate somewhat and scrolled will remain roughly the same.

If you bought the Halloween Surprise, then got an EXP Booster 11 Pack (4 hours), would it go directly into your inventory or into your CS storage first? I wonder if you can use those on 200+ characters. Not that I'd personally buy them just for the EXP coupons.
