I didn't think they actually meant visual effects... the notes made it sound like it was skill stat effects such as the effect on Paladin Mastery.

I believe it's the new assassin skill, "mark of assassin" (upgraded by "mark of night lord")
it works kind of like Xenon's triple counter point skill, but on things you attack. (mobs get a mark, hit them again, and it does damage (not sure if aoe) seems pretty straightforward)

That 'final attack' skill seems to work a lot like Phantom's card version.

@anyone that can actually see the video, does Quad throw look as incredibly awkward as the current version? With unsynced motion and odd number placement?
