Do you spend real money on NX?

i think im crazy.... this game is too addicted for me now.... everytime i c something new in cs and thing that would make my char stronger or cooler i got out buy nx right away
clean up the store each week when that store out of nx i go to the next store to buy more lol

I spent about maybe $800 in 3 years ish. I stopped, trying not to waste $

In terms of how much I actually spend I'd say it's pretty random. I spent way too much in December ($100+) because of these Holiday Surprises that turned out to be huge scams and I also got a scissors + hammer package during that time to hammer my Empress glove and transfer a Witch Belt over to my Phantom. They also had a mini cube sale during that time but it suffices to say that nothing good happened from that.

I am usually careful with my cash and only buy things that are worthwhile such as shops to clear out my drowning inventory so that was embarrassing.

No. Not at all. (With the exception of Diablo III, which was a letdown in the long run tbh...) I don't spend money on games.

But if you convert all the excessive time you spent on games into doing work/projects/part-time job...

When I started playing I didn't spend a single cent, I learned how to merchant and buy it off people who sell nx, but after they took MTS down, and the urge to cube my stuff I've spent like 300 dollars so far, I may be purchasing 30 every month now for a hired merchant.

Played for more than 6 years and haven't paid a penny of my own. However, my dad bought me 30k nx as a gift 5 years ago and 2 years ago my aunt who lives in the states sent me a 20$ Ultimate Game Card. So that totals 50$. I've got majority of my NX from compensations and MTS.

Those options are bad. Just because you haven't bought NX doesn't mean you can't afford to.

I've maybe spent around $1500-2000 on this game since 2006 though I don't really have much to show for it my hero barley has a 50k range i only have 1 unique equip to my name(and as of yesterday it doesn't even have any % str) %str really doesn't like me maybe i should have been a mage or a theif with all the % luck and INT i get. Most of my money came in from bigfoot leeching and PoT sales the former died with bigfoot the latter fucking botters. Though most of it is just the result of me being lazy I really should get start hunting those nova equips and some other things that are within my range just haven't had any real motivation to do any of it

And that's why I'll be content with whatever I get. I'm almost at 54k now and I might have a shot at 60k by the time I'm level 200 without spending anything more than mesos.

2006 == mostly smega... smega like over 3,000times
2007 == mostly smega... smega like over 4,000 times
2008 == mostly smega... smega like over 3,000 times and gach over like 7,000time mainly for tiger chair and pinkbean chair .... now they are worthless .... thank to duper and nexon
2009 == mostly pam song..... brought like 600 pam songs o.0 to scroll all my weapon to the best... but sadly white scroll got dupe and potential later came out....
2010 == mostly cubes...... spen over 8,000 cubes
2011 == mostly shielding ward spen over 400 shielding wards that was 11.9k nx each i think warding item everything to 8 star
2012 == mostly super cubes... spen over 7,000 cubes
2013 == now mostly return scroll .... spen over 400 return scroll so far

this game is too crazy ...

Oh sweet jesus. At least it's partially for a greater cause (.5% of it or something is going to a charity? KarmaKoin?). They should make a 'platinum' snail club $5000 spending limit on paypal/etc and have you as it's only member.

I'm on my phone so I can't read most of the other posts.
I don't really know how much I've spent but I know it isn't that much because living outside the US and charging with credit is really limiting. 100bucks/ month is the limit? I've asked friends who live in the US to buy me cards a couple times. I don't think I've speny more than 1k in ms in 3-4 years.
I was never able really use the mts, the few times I charged a card it'd go to pet/ pet equips or cubes...
I gacha a lot because I can't gift/sell nx and I have awful luck with cubes so random rewards usually work better for me while making mesos.

This is just a example of how crazy this game is ....

And i one of those few people like him ... but i had worst than his luck cuz it took me 29 return scroll to land one +3 attack ( including fail scroll and negative effect )

Before Demethos was released, I'd say I spent about 200 on my Archmage. Clothes were satisfying enough. Maybe a few bucks for a x2 card or two once they were released. Oh, and pet loot, because god damn picking stuff up was annoying.

Demethos came, probably spent 400+ from the time pirates were out until the July after Evans and before(?) Dual-Blades. Monthly x2 cards, smegas and such were required for my Evan. This doesn't count the 260+ worth of NX I got from merching on the MTS, which all went to gearing and outfitting the Evan.

Since Renegades was released I'd say I've easily spent 800-900+. Most of that went to cubing now deleted items.

I don't buy NX anymore, but I can definitely afford it. Used to buy like $25 ever few months or so.

Well, I would have voted, but there's no "$10-25 every three to six months" option. Oh well.

It depresses me when I think of the money I spent on NX before I learned how to actually spend it 'efficiently' - that is, in a way so that I can actually potentially get a return out of it. Especially when a lot of that NX was spent on gear that was considered somewhat "pro" at the time, and was rendered pretty much garbage after Big Bang / whatever.

Now? I don't buy it for the same reasons I used to (that is, converting it to mesos - buying cash shop boxes and selling the expiring NX, for example), because I can finally afford to buy a large amount of NX with the mesos I've learned to make ingame. But alas I still spend; there aren't enough legit sellers (that I personally know) to keep up with what I want to do, and taking that 10 minute walk to Walgreens and spend $25 bucks out of my food money seems a lot more convenient at times.

I've spent over 1k on nx. I recently caved after not purchasing for over 2 years though. I only bought about 35k and it paid off.
