I feel like the latest few episodes have been a little too slow. Trost is the only action for a fairly long time. They probably could have reduced attack on Trost by an episode or two. There's a lot of recoup time between Trost and the next arc imo =/

For those that haven't read the manga but watch the anime... STAY LIKE THAT. The anime is certainly awesome even if you read the manga first, but It would be hugely better if you don't know beforehand whats gonna happen. That's how I felt when I watched Eren be swallowed by that titan. (maybe this was pretty obvious of a warning).

They have been slow indeed, last chapter even had less content that a manga because in the manga it ends with Eren carrying the boulder and the other teams moving along with him. The next part will be shorter than it was in the manga because the training parts were already showed and so it should jump ahead to Eren being kept in that castle and preparations for the practice expedition. Now that's what I'm worried about. The practice expedition arc is pretty big, if the anime will really last 24 episodes it will fall short to fit all the content and I'm afraid they'll mess it up by shoving it all together or pulling an anime exclusive ending. My hope is they keep making episodes past the 24 mark until they can properly finish it following the manga.

Nope, the manga scanlations usually come out at about the 9th-12th of each month.

I'd agree with that. They've certainly dragged out Trost a fair bit, I think this last episode was okay though, even though not much happened in the main section of the story.
A few episodes back though they literally stood in one place and talked for 22 minutes, the funniest part is it took up like a 2 minute period in the world itself, yet 15-20 minutes of show.

It was kinda.. meh. I mean like the whole episode could be resumed in like 5 mins.
Only important thing it happened was about Eren joinin the expedition company

Ugh, this week's episode, are they seriously going to keep up this pace now?
I'm pretty tempted to just read the Manga at this rate.

Has anynoe else tried playing this, im giving it a Go. DOnt know controlls much. what I do know:
1)arrow keys move, or WASD
2)mouse aim
3)space Or E is spiderman stuff.
4) click is attack.

P.S. Dam i wish I had a mouse

Camera/controlls are super difficult. Anyone know a way to get your mouse to move with a logitech Gamepad F310? sorry if this is hyjacking the thread much but I'm Stoked for this right now.

What a waste of an episode

It was common knowleged that this week's episode would be a recap. I'm glad they numbered it as 13,5 instead of 14 because that means 1 more episodes to develop actual plot from the manga.

I hope someone smacks the shet out of Berthold. That warrior shet is pissing me off.

Ymir is over 60? Well I suppose while she was in titan form her body stopped aging. The real deal here though is that she was just another titan outside the wall, Might have been already obvious but must mean all titans are humans trapped in fhat form.

My main issue with SnK is why everything has to be so hard the scouting legion?. Seriously, there hasn't been 1 mission since chapter one which has turned into a success and not a massacre. Why couldn't Ymir join Eren? Christa and ymir were already part of the legion, Ymir made it obvious she could have escaped Reiner if she wanted.

Here we are, about to presence a massacre of half of the troops, maybe, just maybe, rescuing Eren and Reiner's group escaping with Christa unscratched.

After watching it a few times i ended up really liking it. It's definitely different though, and seems to give the image that they'll reach the

And if that's the case then the pacing can't possibly suck if they want to stick to their planned 25 episodes. Though there is an OVA planned too.
Regardless looks bretty cul.

Episode 14 was awesome. I'm absolutely in love with the Recon Corps.
Also, Mikasas reactions are getting more and more
