Oh and guys stack up your circulators/get your abilities to 3 lines soon, because after the "Unlimited" patch, resetting your inner's is going to be pretty annoying since it requires nx.

I feel as though buff duration would be better for dice at least, although at the same time if you get a 1 and no CD procs you'd get another shot.... decisions, decisions!

Buff duration doesn't help at all for DPS directly though, and with hypers this has the potential to help me immensely. One proc of it on rolling rainbow would easily compensate for the DPS gain i get from not having to cast my buffs as often.
At the same time i don't think i'll be able to have AB link skill cover the 12 sec duration of rolling rainbow.

From what I've seen, that inner ability is close to impossible to get compared to trash that always seem to pop up 2-3 times.

Well I mean recently because of all the hundreds of Special Circs an S ranks that popped up, I don't think anyone I know has gotten it once.
Attack, accuracy, every pomegranate stat boost combination, converting 30% crap into another crap stat, and etc have all been seen...
I only know like a couple people landing crit rate while 0 people with attack speed.

My table tells me that Soul Contract is 10 seconds, right? +15% Buff Duration from a Mech Card gets you right on the cusp. Something 10% or higher from Inner Abilities would get your 12 seconds?

I'm assuming the game floors seconds, so 15% would be 11 seconds. I don't really think it's too big a difference. Ignoring cooldowns gives me the possibility of using either of those a second or even third time, whereas buff duration would hardly affect AB link and affects dice in a slightly different, and imo better, way. I like the idea of skipping cooldowns since there are soon to be at least 3 on the way though.

Circulators are still given for every Honor Rank level-up and obtainable from the shop right?
I didn't see anything about NX being required on Max's blog.

So, as I approach 3 Inner Ability lines I figure I'll have around 400+ Special Circulators by the time all is said and done. With the frequency of A and S Ranks, would you experienced in the Art of Circulation consider waiting out for or using Inner Ability locks a bad idea? Or at least a wasteful idea?

Or at least a wasteful idea? i wouldn't say it's a bad idea per se, you could lock an useful A rank in order to get a duplicate of it.
say you get "A boss damage +10%", you could lock that until you get another line (do note i'm not sure if you can get duplicate lines, but even then, crit and boss or something of the sort is awesome)
