Not sure how I feel about this. The only way I made money in MS was buying NX cards and then converting them into items to sell. Now I am not sure how I will make bank for potions .

This was the very first thought I had, that something was currently wrong with the MTS. Nevertheless, I stopped using MTS, even as storage once hacking via MTS was made possible. Good riddance. Cash Shop Trading Room please.

When Nexon say they're "disabling" the buying and selling functions, do they mean graying out the button in the UI, or actually disabling the function in the server?

I think thats irrelevant. If they completely cut the option off to the entire GMS community, I think Nexon would notice a rogue packet requesting a sort of function like that.

They already have, but as of now it only works with the items from the Surprsie Style Boxes.

MTS was amazing when it first came out. It's disappointing seeing it degraded to what it is now. Glad and sad to see it go... not that I should care though. >.>

All I have to say is, few decades too late. Damage has been done, and not like they will instantly have a better reputation (This is a start, but they like to take 1 step forward and 100 steps back anyway) for people to trust their "high quality" game.

I guess I should stock up on some NX through WGs before the service is discontinued.

Bravo nexon bravo. Im happy for you guys, mts was never a good feature and after they nerfed it, everything went straight to hell. If you guys never got name change/world transfer I dont think nexon would release this many servers cause they normally just make money on people transfering out of a "dead world" all the time. If people actually had to stick to one world, that world wouldnt die that easily.

Edit: now they just need to merge a few servers untill there is only 5-6 left and people MIGHT start playing again.

MTS has nothing to do with duping aside from the fact that it's a quick and easy sell off.

The fact that Nexon has put emphasis on selling NX cards to be against the ToS also results in a "LEGIT" NX trade system no longer being available. I believe cash trade will be introduced.

im sorry, mesos worthless? people used meso to BUY stuff BEFORE MTS came out. im sorry that your one to get fucked but o wells let it go haha
