1:What is the delay between attacks for Tempest of Cards
2:How long can you use Tempest of Cards and when does the cooldown start?
3:When does the size of the attack(Tempest of Cards) increase?

about ~8 seconds?
When you hold it down long enough.

Lasts about 10.2 seconds, of which ~510ms is startup time. 54ish hits I believe though I didn't count. It increases size after 930ms after startup time, then after another 1350ms it reaches full size for about another 7410ms.

Changed up 4th job build a bit after doing a bit of math.

You can't use two defensive reduction skills at the same time such as PG + Magic Guard or PG + Willow Defense or PG + Meso Guard. You can use PG + Iron Body though.
Tempest of Cards lasts 10 seconds. 15 second cooldown.
Judgement 2 has 5 card effects.


Fortune Card: 10% critical chance increase
Misfortune Card: 20% drop rate increase
Endurance Card: 20% increase in status and elemental resistance
Guardian Card: 100% defense increase
Drain Card: 3% of your damage is used to heal HP.
