Only some recipes are available from the npc
A lot of them, such as reverse,timeless, 130 set, angelic bless rings, and androids drop from certain monsters
Ex. Pink bean drops timeless recipes
I think some edelstein monsters drop the android recipe

They didn't test everything at once last time, and it seems like they would benefit more testing each thing separately, because there would be more focus on that content so they can fix bugs. But then again, it's not like they do any bug fixing anyways.

The beginning page (this page) has a new BGM. It's not the normal Maple BGM.

But if they had a separate test for each patch it would be less likely that people would want to download it 4/5 times just to see each new little thing. Not to imply that each patch is "little" but still. It's easier on testers to have a list of new things then to go test each of them right after the other, rather than wait a few days in between testing each thing.
