Parents should not be allowed to change their childrens diapers, this can lead to a sick fetish, and cause people to be victims of molestation.
Since females(while rarer), can be victims of these cruel symptoms, they also need to apply to these rules.

I dunno, maybe it's because I've been playing the 8th anniversary events before I saw this, but, it makes perfect sense in the context of the anniversary event.

The anniversary event is basically a competition between girls for what I assume is "Maple Idol". (Speaking of which, is there a feminine form for idol? o.O I feel like there should be.)

The white envelope with the Maple leaf is the invitation to compete, and the rest of the video is basically the girls competing and performing.
