Southperry's Exodus to Zenith (Updated 12/15)

I'm fairly confident it can be done. Got to 58 in 10 days in Tespia, and with plenty more quests to go. (Got to 62 by the time it closed, but I'd been playing maybe an hour a day for the last few days, so that hardly counts). At worst, might have to grind for the 5 last levels or so, shouldn't be too hard (and can be a way to get DC ores, if you grind on the right mobs).
DC ores are a problem, but as I said, you don't need to job advance to get the bandana, so you have time to find them after levelling to 70.

Coolness. Grinding for a few levels wouldn't be so bad. Maybe Pyramid PQ for a few too.

Didnt delphanis (or whatever its called) have a similar event?

Delphinus had this event where you got a Lv0 Bandana, then a Lv30 one, and finally a Lv50 one.

All of them had pretty sucky stats though, unlike this +18 Allstat one...

There is no FoG (that entire set of 5-6 maps got removed), and Stone Golems are level 2x. The Golem minidungeon is accessed through the Golem Temple (near Henesys) now.

I did spend a while at Dark Stone Golems hoping for DCs but no luck. I did slightly better at the 9 tailed foxes in KFT, but the best place was still Vikerolas (which as low level 80 mobs aren't really an option lol)

There is no FoG (that entire set of 5-6 maps got removed), and Golems are level 2x.

They made Victoria island a lot simpler.

Every town has
- 1 portal leading to the central area (Sleepywood's is direct, the other 5 towns have a couple maps with level 1x mobs)
- 1 straight chain of maps leading to nowhere, with a fork or two

Sleepywood kept the Ant Tunnel, leading down to Drakes, and to Balrog. The Curse Eye maps got rolled in at the beginning, and Sleepy Dungeon is lost entirely. Perion's goes through the Guild Quest maps, then has another chain of maps tacked on.

Just to clarify, the old curse eye *maps* now have drakes in them and are beyond the dungeon entrance. Curse eyes, evil eyes, cold eyes, and the new surgeon eyes (black) are all at Ellinia now.
In fact, every mob now only appears in one place, either one map or several contiguous maps (except for those mobs that appear in both "KMS Maple" and "World Tour"). All the Mushrooms are behind Henesys, all the Pigs are behind Nautilus, all the Stumps are after Perion. And no more Fiarry in Orbis, so if you need their tentacles for Orbis quests, tough.

I got one DC ore from a Wraith while doing Phantom Forest quests. Got another from some other mob but I don't remember which. If Drumming Bunnies still drop them, they are probably the best option (level 52).

In JMST, good maps to hunt for Dark Crystal Ores at were Drum Bunnies and Luster Pixies (the highest level ones). It'll probably be the same for GMS.

I'll definitely be joining nova! Hopefully it lasts for a bit.

Just for Nova. :3 I like new servers. I would have participated in the JMS new server, if they did more for it than stupid 2x EXP. I like the hats GMS is giving out.

Sure the bandanas are cute and all, but is that really any reason to start fresh? Na, I'll stay in my server. It would be tempting to move my NL to an emptier server, but alas, it would be such a friggin hazzle to covert all mesos to items just to get it transferred.

Course I'm not starting over, but I am taking this opportunity to try a new class out. My highest "Bandit" is level 16, I'll probably be deleting and remaking it.

I'll be joining hopefully Zenith, but Nova would be fine too. IGN: Iingerie, haven't decided my job as of yet.
