Okay, truth revealed guys. Megakey is another service from Megamedia (owner of Megaupload).

Megaupload now allows multiple downloads at once, no captcha, without Megakey.

Megakey allows you do download without bandwidth restrictions in exchange of replacing ads of their own.

There are also new services like Megalive (video streaming), Megapix (photobucket much), etc.
