It is, idk what he's talking about, but DU has no delay between hits now, so you don't have to DU>FF>DU>FF to maintain maximum dps, you can just hold DU. But DU is pretty much useless for training because you won't be doing 1v1 much.

Have you tried avoiding damage on a Dark Knight? Only Rush has invincibility frames, and it lasts for a fraction of a second during the cast, plus Crusher is about as slow as warrior attacks get. Yet I can train in the Road of Regrets without taking any magic damage.

For a bonus, maintain level 1 Berserk... 2800 hp threshold, monsters hit for 1700-2100. Course, BB is getting rid of that aspect.

I used to play a lot of low rate PSes and the best way to train in one of them was 10x exp in a pit of wolf spiders. I was a DrK at the time. :/

My reasoning is that barrage isn't that useful anymore, you'll only need it for 20 seconds when you're not super transformed, I'm getting one because of the knock back of the skill and the invincibility, but I'll spam DS for those 20 seconds while bossing.
Maple Warrior seems to be the most power boosting skill, I solo a lot, much more than I party, so that's why I wanna get it to 20 or 30 if I can.

That looks similar to something I will do. however I will probably go ahead and get barrage for those 20 seconds.

Haven't decided yet. *shrugs*

I'm maxing Energy Orb first, I'll report results.

I was the first one that thought up of going Energy first in 3rd job, instead of going Critical or Transformation first. I remember when I was the first one to properly record and show Energy skills and people thought, "Hey, that's a pretty damn good idea". I was also the first one to show how Energy Orb works, especially damage-wise.

I'm the number one Brawler, Marauder and Buccaneer. : )

By the way, it's pretty easy to play a Buccaneer compared to other classes I've played.

I entirely forgot to read your 3rd job build.
1st sp should go to dice, then advanced infighting should be maxed first, because it gives the most damage per sp.
I have a lot of other issues with it, but those are mostly preferenced around my playing style and maximum training efficiency fetish.

Are you talking about the build I put up? If so, I didn't put anything in any specific order. Those are just the skills I have set to max per SP set/job.

If I were to do a build, then yeah, at least 1 point in Lucky Dice would be the first thing at level 70.

Okay so... I was configuring my build by level 200, but it seems I'm 8 SP shy of getting what would be the perfect end-game build :


243


Maple Hero - 29
Dragon Strike - 30
Rapid Fist - 30
Energy Orb - 30
Super Transform - 20
Demo - 30
Snatch - 30
Wind Booster - 11
Time Leap - 30
Counter Attack - 10
Intuition - 1

...8 SP short of getting all of that.

What's the least important things? By level 200, I do want 11 Wind Booster. I still don't know when I'll finish with that. Time Leap 30 seems pretty... unimportant at this point, unless Resurrection becomes majorly needed later on.



Also, I'm still in conflict about what I should dump these remaining SP into that I had left over after the SP reset. Should I start pumping Maple Hero?
