Most of the battle and item related things, as well as the Pokémon names are in English. Not sure if new moves have been translated though.

problem with patching now is that there's a ton of fake patches going out that will infect your computer with nasties. safer to just play in japanese.

Or extend your education by learning the language. Tongue

Hell, even if you plug each and every word into http://jisho.org (without prior JP knowledge), you might get about 85% of the game at a completely understandable level.

Missed moment of awesome: When Team Plasma appears to kick Munna around, one of the grunts walks trough the grass. I really hoped that a wild battle would start.

I think I'll use Pokésav once I've completed the game to save time breeding/training Pokémon later. Also, the game plays a lot better on the DS.

Yep. It took about 5 hours of messing around, changing stuff around in my firmware, and copying around a total of at least 10 GB of data, but it works. If anyone needs the links just send a PM.

Does anyone have a reliable download link? I want to play it on my computer.

Can't seem to get one to work for me.

EDIT: I got the game to run on desmume but I haven't the slightest clue on what key to press to select start. I've tried enter (obviously) and I'm pretty sure I've tried every key. Help?

edit 2: nvm

Ok, after quite a long break (I couldn't find Dageki), I'm now playing again.
Current team(which will also be my final team):
 Spoiler

Going to try to play without fly. I overleveled a lot while looking for Dageki. Hopefully the game stops being grindy for a while after the 4th gym.

EDIT:

I just entered Fukiyose City(nearly killed my battery twice in the process of getting there xD):
 Spoiler

Also managed to get on mystery gift somehow, and got Victini. Friend Code: 0561 2550 5062. Not that I'm going to do a lot online with this game.

EDIT2:

Just caught Kobaruon(Fighting/Steel legendary). I kind of ran into it while back/sidetracking(getting TMs and such).

Current Team:
 Spoiler

I've already got to use Waterfall (Illusion Forest), even though I only have 6 badges. Infinite TM use is awesome: teach Denchura Flash, use Flash, then teach Volt Change again. I'm at the cave after Route 7 right now. Probably going to be horrible. Glad I stocked up on repels.
