How would buccs and marksmen benefit from getting the exact same skills? And what's the point of "required level" if everyone can wear it 10 levels early? (This quest isn't that hard; Neo Tokyo is much harder than this quest since you need six quest items with lower drop rate from very strong enemies w/ highest HP in-game (excl. bosses) compared to fighting rabbits)

"These quests are available at Lv. 70. Starting from Lv. 70, every 10 levels until 110, you can learn a skill point for your Cygnus skill. "
I don't know, but do level 120 pirates or bm get an almost full powered dragonstrike or piercing?
in otherwords, the skill is completely useless for people > lvl 140/lvl 150
but for eg: pirates: instead of maxing dragonstrike first, they could go for barrage or demo/superxform first.
it will also make the mid way of third job training much faster.

You get a cygnus exclusive skill, not a skill that you can already get in 4th job.
Pirates get Sharkwave for instance.

sry in case you misread my response. I was just replying to "How would buccs and marksmen benefit from getting the exact same skills?"
which is to say, even though you get a similar skill, you get it way earlier which helps you in training during 3rd job where your only mobbing skill is energy blast/energy charge combo which is tediously slow.

Until you realise the drop rate for the quest item is even worse than the Neo City paper thingy. Good luck.
Sorien Wrote:Well, I suppose a cygnus knight would be much more suitable for obtaining blessing now, since a level 35 cygnus would give 7 blessing, which is what my aran gives my paladin currently. Alright then I guess I'll be making a blaze wizard, since they seem to level pretty quickly.
The Blessing Dusk mentioned is the Blessing of the Empress (Increases every 5 CK levels), not Blessing of the Fairy/Sprite (Increases every 10 levels for any class). Plus, they both stack. This means all characters on your account will have Lv7 BotF and Lv7 BotE if you have a Lv35 CK.
Every level of BotE gives the exact same stats as the corresponding level of BotF, meaning you can have a maximum of +44 WA for having both maxed out.
p.s. Guys, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, 'kay?

I personally never found that quest to be annoying. Don't really understand why most people hate it.

I'm either outdated, or delusional, but I believe KMS players have already stated they do not stack.

KMS players claim they don't stack while spadow claims they do? Weird.

Yeah, I've THOUGHT I've seen some post/videos/screen shots that claim otherwise, but I have to get off my ass and look for them. :l
Here we go, unless they changed this or it's a glitch:

I thought it was stated somewhere that they didn't stack with each other and one would only get the bonus of whichever was higher. :f6:
Well, I suppose it would make more sense for them to stack, otherwise one of the two skills would be completely useless depending on the levels of one's characters.

There only exists two different skills because they level up off different systems. Just pretend there's only one Blessing.

Could you guys please tell me the e-mail address of the KMST producers? I want to tell them that it is quite unfair to those who have any level 200 character in their accounts like me because the two kinds of Blessings can't stack, more importantly, it takes fairly much more time , energy and money to level up to 200 than to 120.
Please, I will be very thankful to anyone who tells me.
I am a TaiwanMS player and have two level 200 characters in two different accounts without any Cygnus knight.

So? You still get your 20 point blessing regardless. If you want the 24 one, level a cygnus. It doesn't even take a month.

Absolutely I won't, I don't know why I hate Cygnus knights in my subconsciousness, I want to tell them the complaint so as to make them back to stackable or at least raise the max level of the Spirit's Blessing to 40 just as before.

Is the entire reason you made a level 200 char for level 20 blessing? A higher level of blessing doesn't hurt anybody.

Actually, I kind of think that the two skills should boost different attributes so that they would be stackable. For example, make spirit's blessing only boost weapon and magic attack, and then make blessing of the empress increase weapon and magic defense, accuracy, and avoid or something like that. Hell, if they wanted to make it empress blessing REALLY good, then they could make it increase those stats by 12-24%.

His argument is you get a better bonus out of something that is relatively easier.
You can think of it like adventurer echo vs KoC echo. It makes logical sense that it's 4% and 2% and I'm sure a lot of people would be peeved if KoC was 4% echo too.

That isn't my character. But what sucks is that you get level 1 on the Cygnus skill, regardless of what level you get it at. This means that you won't max the Cygnus skill on a regular adventurer anytime before level 110. The guy in the SS won't max soul driver till level 191!
