Today was pretty hectic in windia. Lots of people selling chaos for very cheap.

Though there were lots of people selling them and lots of people using them on every equip I still think there are quite a few merchanters holding piles of 999 chaos scrolls (as bacon said) so I wouldn't go about buying them since it may take a long while for them to recover to a decent price.

To clarify, it is a surprisingly simple packet edit. I am dissapoint at Nexon for allowing something like this to happen. =/

I am not surprised that Nexon allowed this to happen because these simple things often go overlooked, but I agree, almost anyone can go about doing this given its simplicity.

You must not have been around when they banned all the people they felt were guilty of owning duped mesos. Note not guilty of actually duping them, just owning the duped mesos.

Or all the random people who were banned for BF abuse who had never even been to Masteria yet.

Nexon has a track record of banning random people for random things.

I DO remember that. However, what I meant was banning the RIGHT people instead of a load of wrong people WITH the right ones. Those bans for various events werent very successful, as they could've just "spray banned" and got the same result.

I've decided to try something out. You know how all of you speculate whether or not Nexon will catch people who hold onto "duped" equipment? Well, I've sent my items to members of this board in hopes of getting them banned.

Why would I do this?

1. I'm an pimento.
2. To eradicate this land of Derpers.
3. Hopefully it'll end speculation on how Nexon tracks items. If not, oh well, it was worth a shot.

Server Check. On a side-note, why do I even bother trying to grab FM spots anymore...

And on topic: Will they be able to "track" your items in transit, because that would throw a wrench in your plan, similarly to how glitched pendants weren't caught in the storage. Also, to scroll or not to scroll before this is stopped?

The mass flooding of chaoses won't affect the economy as horribly as people might think. Even at the ~5mil each they're at right now, the worst they could do is deflate helmet, shoe jump, shield att, etc. scrolls and other similar expensive or low-stat-giving scrolls because popularly chaosed items like pink capes and attack shoes are scarce and will inflate (or have inflated) accordingly and most scrolls are more effective than chaos scrolls. In the most basic sense, people with chaos scrolls prior to when they hit rock bottom lost a lot of money, people with chaosable items with slots prior to the weekend gained a lot of money, along with the hackers of course, and it'll be cheaper to scroll a decent hat, etc. But with the millions of chaos scrolls out there right now (if you've ever refreshed chaos scrolls in the MTS today, at some points during the day thousands were being exported within minutes), it's difficult to tell unless Nexon takes action. I'm really curious as to what they'll do, but in my opinion the biggest mistake has already been made, the fact that they left the game up this long before doing an unscheduled SC.

It was impossible to find clean PAC, FS's in the FM today.

I just wish I hadn't hammered my cape last week. I guess I'll be hammering my shield with chaos now =O

Im happy i had a 4 slot pac with 3 attack on it from a friend. Used 4 scrolls (2 from mts for ~2.5k and 2 for 25 mil each) and now I have n 8 att unhammered PAC to sell/use.
