"Acura Cheap" FM Shops
#61
Kevo Wrote:Just because one group of hackers decides to sell it cheap, doesn't mean they all do no? Unless you have some ultra pro method to determine this?

And lol @ Law & Respect. Like I said, this is an Online Game, not irl... you expect too much from a game like Maple. Imagine a hacker stole somebody's 15 att PAC, smegas that he's going to sell it and opens his mushie. He's selling it for 1 meso. I bet you the very first person to enter that store will purchase it. If he somehow duped it 100 times, I bet you the next 99 people will also buy it instantly. What morals?

Afk, bed f3.

I have said what I needed to say and it shows what type of person you are which make this game what it is now since you support and allow what they are doing. Your one of the major problem and flaw this game which have made many ppl abandoned this game. IF YOUR happy with yourself then so be it but sadly I'm not like you or Goals

Oh, I'm so glad you decided to come back. You provide such good entertainment. Just what I needed after a stressing lab f3.

Lol, I never said I supported the hacking but it doesn't mean I won't use it to my advantage. Think of me as a heartless person I couldn't care less. Well everybody has flaws, and it certainly seems like you have your own. And yes, I'm sorry you're not like Goals or myself. You seem to be far worse.

I'm sure your peeps love you too. I'd probably think a lot of people would suck up to you too if they were actually afraid of being ks'd by you and wanted whatever influence you may have in your Fm2.

I started merching a little in Bera, maybe I'll check out your 100% legit items for sale laters~

At least you can admit you care more about mesos than any sort of morals...

Maybe it would help you out more if you focus all your energy into your labs rather than spending countless hrs on MS related topic. kids these days don't know how to priorities there school and entertainment. IF You actually spend more times on your labs then that should make it less stressful for you. Knowledge is power and GAME aren't

Ridiculous. This isn't about vendettas, but good job deflecting, Goals. If Mr. Hoodrat really does KS people, that's his deal. I'm sure he has or will get his eventually. There's no reason to bring it up here besides hiding your own guilt.

Regardless of whether you believe morals apply in the game or not, it's indisputable that they do. You are dealing with real people in real situations. You can't do what you do and then complain about Hoodrat KSing people, because that's a moral choice. And just because you're anonymously stroking your plantain and grinning about getting one over on a 12 year old doesn't make you any less of a piece of crap for doing it. You're a huge hypocrite for all of the crying you do about how hard your maple life is when you do absolutely nothing to make it easier for anyone else. I think the best part about this is that next time you come crying about how unfairly you're being treated we can all smile as you bathe in karmic justice.

I do understand what you're saying here. And yes the things people do in this game is rather bad. But isn't it because we can hide ourselves behind a screen that we should expect people do act without any set of morals? I think it's asking for a lot for everybody to play totally fairly. Hackers, Merchants, PQ Glitchers and whatever else will always exist.

Also, have you tried merchanting for a long period of time; consider the other point of view? It's not exactly the funnest thing. From sacrificing sleep to get a good FM spot after a server check to dealing with not having anything sell for days (weeks for me f3) is quite frustrating. HT skills in Scania Ch1Fm1 haven't sold for ages despite the high demand and low supply for them...

There is a good reason why player abandone ch 1 fm1 in bera and scania its because its overprice and many hacker DCing ppl left and right so why hastle to shop in ch 1 fm1.

Also location i.e Ch and FM will define your item selling if you know how buyer shop and etc. check your email for further explation

Selling stuff isnt hard in FM if your aware of buyer behaviors

Yes we can all unite to stop funding this hacker who hack ppl account by simply not buying there item even if your a merchant. By buying hacker item your doing more damage into our maple community by giving them more incentive to hack ppl acct. We are all aware of supply & demand.

Making excuses for poor behaviour doesn't justify it. If merchanting is hard then that is unfortunate but that's how life is. You shouldn't be ripping people off to benefit yourself just because it's HARD. Price-gouging is one thing that is morally wrong but it's acceptable because that's business, but selling stolen items because merchanting is hard/boring is inexcusable. You don't even get any real benefit out of it besides continuously available big numbers and perhaps some sort of bragging rights (but bragging about having sold a stolen item is stupid so you don't even get that) while people who lost that stuff can't train or move forward in any way, after working really hard.

It's not a lot to ask for everyone to play fair. Not at all. It's a lot to EXPECT it because of jerks like Goals who think they can do whatever they want without consequence regardless of who it effects, but those people often get theirs. It would be perfect justice for Nexon to delete all of his mesos and stock for having admitted to selling stolen goods. It's unreasonable for people like that to think they can get away with wrong-doing.

And for the record, it's absolutely impossible to argue that you didn't know that Skanda wasn't stolen. NO ONE EVER who is able to scroll a 58 att Skanda isn't going to know approximately how much it's worth, give or take a few million mesos. No one is going to screw themselves out of a billion mesos after having bought a merchant shop. It's ridiculous to think that you could use that as an example of not knowing what is or isn't stolen.

Okay, first of all I am just posting here for my own entertainment. And yes, I spent so much energy typing those four words that I need to eat another ego meal... gonna go poor!

I guess what you said about Ch1Fm1 could be right, I have no clue as to why people scramble for those spots so desperately if their efforts are in vain. They probably just like spending nx for a mushie and having them rot.

As for the hackers, I don't think they're getting any more incentive from people buying the stolen goods. No matter if the items sell or not, hackers will keep trying to steal people's things. So I don't really agree with some of your opinions.

the only reason why ppl in scania and bera aim for ch 1 fm1 is because they arent being educated enough. For Example You would think apples in ch 1 fm1 versus apples in ch 2 fm1 would sell out first but that doesnt usually happen even if they are the same price. its mainly because most buyer already know there item is way overprice and not to mention most are stolen good versus ch 2 fm1. Not sure if in scania ch 2 fm1 this theory would apply

Well I do agree with what you said, but no matter what's done nothing will change. People will always look for a bargain. One can even monopolize certain items, and resell for a high price. I believe there's some scrolls that can be monopolized in Scania at the moment. Is that morally wrong? Happens in real life business too.

What can you say about http://www.southperry.net/forums/showthread.php?t=548. Are most of these transactions morally wrong too? Can you prove the sellers in these threads aren't hackers? Forgetting a digit doesn't prove anything.

The benefit of merchanting is that you can also sell mesos for real life money too, and not need to spend your own money for nx anymore. You can upgrade your equips and get accepted into HT squads (gl in Scania though).

Well, it's hard to say for the Skanda. Lots of people buy meso and probably are unaware of market prices. They could buy it, then a few months later have no use for it and sell it for a price they think is fair but may not match up with current prices. Or perhaps the seller was desperate after weeks of being unable to sell it =[.

I dunno what else to say I'm horrible at aruging lol Tongue

Yeah, if you only knew the people who regularly have their shops in Scania Ch1Fm1. I'm sure if you ever got to meet them and find out the assets they have, you'll change your mind. It's to the extent people are can use their meso to fund their real life weddings...
