JMS 1.68 Balrog, CWK, Witch's Tower

Why shouldn't they change? JMS and KMS can do whatever they want with it. GMS has modified content from other versions too.

I bet if they changed Neo Tokyo for the better and added it to GMS no one would be complaining.

Changing something for the better is not in any way the same thing as adding in COMPLETELY NEW MOBS AND WEAPONS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE HAD FIRST.

I don't care that they changed the maps and where mobs spawn and stuff. The fact that they got a PIRATE GRANDMASTER, and COMPLETELY NEW RAVEN WEAPONS fills me with so much rage.

The Pirate Grandmaster is crap though.

If you're talking about what he's like in game, i'd have no idea.

If you're talking about looks, i completely disagree.

Still don't see how it's JMS's fault Nexon America is incompetent and can't create pirate content. At least they exist now and there is a good chance they could be added in some form to GMS. Whereas if it was up to Nexon America you still wouldn't have any hope.

I heartily disagree with the new mobs bit. There shouldn't have been a pirate grandmaster, retconning the existing quests for it would be ugh, for one thing

From what I've learned this is Crimsonwood "In Name Only". Completely different quests, different storyline, different procedures, different access; assuming it has any connection to ours is laughable at best. As mentioned before, it has as much to do with GMS crimsonwood as "Kerning Square" does with Taipei or "Neo City" does with Zipangu.

I think this resumes all.

Are there trainable spots?

Heron spelled backwards is Noreh. : |

Well, it's a completely different Crimsonwood, but I really like how those Raven Knuckles look like, I want a pair of those.

He looks like some monster that should be in Singapore, and he doesn't even match up to the other Grandmasters or even the storyline for CWKPQ.

Yeah, he does look like a monster from Singapore, but about the storyline, you sure they're following the same one as us?

No. But raging about him not being in GMS when he doesn't go with our storyline is silly.

They retconned Pirates into CWK itself, since we learned a lot about it before it had even come out.

I am talking about how the real Pirate Grandmaster left a long time ago before Versal even starting doing research (I am guessing) and copying the Grandmasters.

Imagine if Nexon Japan created a pirate-based Twisted Soldier.

They've changed the location, the storyline is pretty similar at all.
And,at least,we didn't change ANYTHING on the mobs and maps, even the ones what were untrainable, are now.
Elder Wraiths have a lolgodly respawn,Typhoons are in all four mountain maps, windraiders have their own map, that is actually the 2nd map from the entrance, which makes it acessible.
Same goes for Firebrands and Nightshadow.
Actually,this is our storyline:
Jack Barricade is still a treasure hunter,he's in many maps,he's waiting you at el nath entrance, after seeing him,he'll give you a map,and wants you to find the lost kingdom of CWK.
After arriving there,Lukan and Taggrin may help you to get past those maps, and give you more access to the others as well.
Fiona makes weapons with Tao's,which are dropped by mobs, and given in most quests,Lukan one for example, gives one of each.
After getting access to there, you should head to CW mountain, kill monsters,do the JQ,arrive in the keep, kill the guards and get their etc drops, get the key to the castle, beat the whole PQ.
The quest exp has been modified either, and lots of new ones were added.
This is my log of expSadQuests are level 80)
Talking to jack then finding lukan - 80k exp
Talking to Lukan and finding Taggrin - 50k exp
Talking to Taggrin, defeated wraiths and getting etc's - 110k or so
Talking to Lukan again - 100k exp
Doing joko's first quest - Kill windraiders - (There are other 3 or 4 quests, but was too lazy to do those)200k exp + potions
Talking to Jack and heading to the top of mountain - 220k exp
Defeating the guardians,Azure orc and Phoenix something (113k exp for each one) - 250k for the quest.
I'm stuck in the next one,so imma edit it ASAP.

Well, if the Pirate Grandmaster has to make no sense because of the storyline, then no thanks. If GMS is supposed to only have 4 Grandmasters instead, then that's fine.

Wow @ the fact that you access CWK from Aqua Road.. I've always wondered if they would've ever used that portal in the bottom of Aqua Road.. in the end.. they kinda did.. but what's the point of putting CWK there? :f6:

CWK is actually the underworld there, the cave has the meaning of giving you access to the first series of maps, that are a big cavern,at it's exit, the rest of CWK is acessed.
The Pirate Grandmaster is actually in the PQ,together with the other ones.

Yes. In fact, I think the Wind Raider map is MUCH better than Lower Ascent. The Typhon map seems to have a much higher spawn, too, but I can't be certain of that.

CWK in general doesn't even fit with our storyline.

Anyone can go into CWKPQ even though that electric barrier is there. Jack never told us why that's possible. A ton of other things that were not explained yet can easily be explained if they wanted it to, along with why there's a pirate grandmaster now.
