The medal storage feature isn't really medal storage. It just lists all the available medals you can get and shows which you have but you still have to keep them in your inventory.

We really need a new tab for just Medals. and one for Belts.

I'm pretty sure one of the statues at Crimsonwood Mountain mentioned some bowman who once shot a Typhon from Valley of Heroes. I guess that's his statue.

Just took a peek, and it looks like the only new things of note are the keys. Everything else is clothes. In the event section though, it seems like there's going to be an event for permanent clothes at regular price as well as permanent kino/white tiger/mini yeti pets for 9990nx.
