Azwan might still be patches away from KMS, but at least the latest patch introduced this:

Medals of Honor from bosses have been changed. Now, bosses only drop Boss Medals of Honor, which give 20 times the amount of Honor as regular medals. The higher the difficulty of the boss, the more Medals you will get. Boss Medals of Honor are used immediately when picked up.

Actually not. Usually the first line is the item's rank, and the other two lines are one rank lower. They can all be the same rank, but it's rare.

IA can be rare rare legendary. that just doesnt happen with cubes.

If I'm at legendary rank, with 2 legendary lines, and I were to lock my rank + 1st line, would my second line have a chance to drop rank?

Bosses drop 20x points medal if i read correctly, other mobs the same medal. All will be use on pickup.

Wonder how will this apply to Von Leon which drop 30medals currently. Then Again Zakum, Hilla, HT Dropping 20x medals too isn't so bad to compensate, and you can do all 3 twice per day.

There's no point in doubting it, especially when the OP states he got the Attack Speed line before the IA revamp.
