How was your day?
Still looking for a full time job, the guy that promised me an interview never responded back to my e-mail. I also might be getting back into GPX+ and League of Legends since MapleStory does nothing but disappoint me lately.

Sorry for the depressing post..just need to say/write/type something to grasp what's going on.

You have PTSD. Go to a therapist.

Yea I really need to do that. Right when it broke I got a piece of glass stuck in my thumb. Really hurt lol...

Now I'm facing against SC2 players that I'm starting to struggle with. I'm losing games due to smaller mistakes and I have to pay more attention. I'm becoming a better player because of it.

Also, I'm going ballroom dancing! Got a private lesson for Thursday night and I'm going salsa dancing on Saturday night. Can't wait to go and try this out. I think it'll be a lot of fun for sure.

Going to put my cat down today, poor thing is just suffering, it fell down the stairs twice yesterday, it's just out of our hands now :|

Edit: Deed is done, it could barely breathe by the time we got it there. I feel like it knew and it didn't struggle at all.

Found an alarmingly well-fitting Brooks Brothers button-up at a thrift store today. I think it's linen, so I might have to buy an iron.

And a full seven months after my trip ended, I applied for some engineering jobs this week. That took long enough.

370 ish days until graduation!

Going back to that cave tomorrow to finish up that group project.
Pretty sure I have all of my final projects under control, I think I'm gonna go to starbucks and work on my 'post-interview, show-the-design-team-why-they-should-hire-you' presentation, and hopefully knock that out of the way.

Formally rejected from CalTech's REU program this summer.

Awaiting a response from REU programs for UC Davis, Cornell, and University of Rochester, and nine NASA internship applications.
Even my parents are telling me to start looking for alternative options for this summer, ugh.

Got nice new Vans to replace my hole-riddled ones. All I need now is a pair of well-fit chinos and a pair of jeans. Then I'll have a solid /r/MFA approved uniform.

Went to the gym this morning, then bought a pack of giant triple chocolate cookies on the way home. Am I doing this right?

(and by giant I mean as big as my hand)

I think I might be slowly slipping back into a depression. Not sure if I should start talking my anti depressant pills just in case.

Burned two fingers holding on to a hot plate. I didn't want to break the hot plate so I held on longer than I should have probably escalating the burn to a second degree. Cried myself to bed like a little girl. Woke up, thumb has a white discoloration indicating the area where I had been burned in addition to my pointer finger, however there is no pain at all when applying pressure which is fantastic. I still am wrapping band aids around both fingers to prevent potential infection or breaks of the tenderized skin while it is healing. Also, using bandages to suppress potential irritation and escalation of the wound to becoming a boil. Note to self, never try to cook at three in the morning when you're half asleep.

I've been going through the same thing lately, but it's mainly due to my anxiety. Sad I'm getting a new job, so I hope having social interaction (I've pretty much just been sitting at home alone for the past two months after leaving my old job that I had for 2 years, and loved) will help with it. Usually when I'm feeling depressed, having social interaction helps me get over it. All of my international friends left out of the country which is pretty much why I am sinking back into a depression.
