That F.Slayer vid looks so incredibly boring compared to my Hell Freezer.
Is it normal gameplay to lock a boss in an infinite loop like that? Talk about anticlimactic.

No that's not normal gameplay. There's a description in the video explaining that it requires 9 specific pieces of end-game gear that gives -70% CDR and -50% CDR bonuses to the attack spammed in the video, and they stack (so you pretty much have a total of -85% cooldown reduction on this one skill). The attack already overlaps each other on it's own, but you can add a cooldown reduction potion for even more cheesy shenanigans.

That is on the test server. Most of them dont have enchants/full title book stats/rares or clones/gold emblems/Guild bonus/a Good adventurer level(but that easy to fix on test). They just rolling with +12/refine 7 epics level 85. Oh ya they also don't have magic stone and sub unlocked.

Every weapon gives:
30% additional damage
+425 STR
+425 INT
HP and MP MAX
Attack, Cast, and Move Speed
+155 PATK
+155 MATK
+24% to both crit rates
+50 All Ele Damage
Go home if you don't have something equal to that during release.
