I hate teemo, but I've always wanted to play a really good ap/attack speed champ, and teemo is the closest one. Although, kayle's E ratio is 0.4 too, so I might try ap Kayle also. Too bad her heal will still be meh.[/COLOR]

So I played some of the new Kat.... she definitely plays weaker. However, the other side to that is that she scales ridiculously off CDR. With 34% CDR (15% boots, 15% DFG), Q was at like 5 seconds, W was at 2, E was at 3, ult was at 20. Though her harass won't be the strongest, she'll definitely be able to output steady damage since she's resource-less. I've had more success with tanky AP builds and CDR more than anything.

If she weren't so squishy early and her cooldowns aren't as long as they are at rank 1 (bar her W), then she'd probably be able to jungle decently. I've seen a few videos of post-rework Kats jungling, but it seems that she's one of those "higher skill" jungle champs that you can't just pick up as easily as, say Skarner.

Because saintvicious does it. On paper it's fast clears and safe counterjungling. Q -> W to clear a camp, if you're counterjungling put a ward on the escape route before you go into the camp and Shunpo out afterwards.
