How was your day? - League of Legends edition

Downloaded LoL last week and played a game with a friend.
I had bought Anivia...for reasons.
We lost, badly.
The worst part is that it was a beginner level AI bot 5v5.

I have no desire to pick it back up D: unless I get really, really bored.

First of all, welcome!

Second, if you want us to drop by and teach you the basics of LoL (and play with you), give us a holler. We're a nice bunch of people that's willing to help newer players out. (I mean, we all started off as newbies at some point). You're only starting off, so things may look hard. Once you put more practice in, you'll have tons of damage fun!

I recorded my very first time ever playing leauge. I can't believe how bad I was compared to now. Even now I'm not as good as other people. It takes a few months to be decent and at least a year imo to be pretty good (assuming you have no MOBA experience or playing those types of games)

Nooo don't play this game you'll get too addicted to it.

LoL was one of the most grueling and miserable experiences(for the first week or two) I've ever had in gaming. Really don't know why I stuck around xD.

It's all I want to play nowadays though.

I don't get solo queue. It just doesn't make sense.
Is there like some switch inside people's heads that controls their competency that turns off whenever one of their teammates is doing decently? I don't understand how I can go 11/0 with an IE at the 13 minute mark and have people refuse to listen to me. I don't get how people refusing to listen to me causes us to lose a game that should've been won at the 20 minute mark. Like I really just don't fucking understand.

I would say a vast majority of people who leveled up to 30 think what they're doing is good/correct but in actuality it's extremely bad. If you did something like that for so long and you believed it to be good, it's gonna take a while to teach them they're wrong.

Hey Ezreal, are there any plans with Leona on maybe letting her jungle by popping her passive on neutral monsters? Right now she is strictly support, I'd like to see her have an additional role if necessary since she was designed to be a tank.

It's a solid idea that we should explore, I'll pass the idea of having it only impact neutral monsters to the Live Team.

YES. I play Ad Leona jungle for the lols in normals (works amazingly tbh), but this would make it so much better!
