Chrom doesn't even do any of the animations Ike's Aether has and Ike's Aether looks freaking ridiculous in game. Lucina's looks like Marth's critical animation (because... she's Lucina).

I'm pretty sure they'll have something fresh if they do use those characters.

See I had Chrom become a Dread Fighter so I don't remember what his Great Lord animation is. When he's a Dread Fighter, he does front flips with the sword. xd

On a side note, Aether with magic is the most disappointing thing I've ever seen.
On another side note, Lethality with a bow is pretty freakin' great.

I think he would have made a great Axe Lord/Hero.

Seems unlikely. He taught Ike how to fight, and the entire point of the whole "black knight" parts of Ikes games was that he used the same fighting style that Greil did before he injured himself.

i'm mocking the fact that ike wielded a greatsword in one hand, so his father probably wielded a great axe in his other hand, on top of the greatsword (that goes in his good hand, the one he damaged)
