I've been desperately craving Ramen all day.

The weather is really strange it changes from hot to cold and back so randomly...is it still summer?

Early day rant.

Dogs. They are cute but they smell like ass, and makes everything smell like ass. Their stink sticks to every surface they drag their asses on to and no matter how much you try to Lysol that stink it never completely goes away. Also, their pomegranate is puke inducing. I just had to shovel some out of the yard and agh!

So far this day stinks.

Laptop has been broken for almost Two weeks. Adjusting to life in 大連pretty well. Having gay friends is change from mtbold city but with that also comes drama. Boys are dumb. Started working out a little again. Start classes on the 27th. Roommate is nice and hot. The only bus that takes me to the city center (and the only bus that passes in front of my residence is always full. China full. Also been applauding and roaring. Life in China is fabulous.

Someone is giving keys away on a different forum and got every single one of the Humble Origin bundles except for Dead Space 3, BF3 and The Sims, woo! I feel good.

Internet's FINALLY hooked up in this new place. Of note in my absence:

- Moved to Sunset Park in Brooklyn
- Bought mad tons of pomegranate for this new place and have almost fully moved in
- Work has been crazy but fun, with InStyle's September issue published last week as the biggest issue ever in the magazine's history, so that's cool to have worked on
- Interviewed Patricia Field, famous for her work on Sex and the City and The Devil Wears Prada, for InStyle, which turned into this post (my first byline for the mag!)
- Went on my first fashion appointment on Tuesday, previewing the Spring 2014 ZAC Zac Posen and Ivanka Trump bag collections
- Had an informational interview with an associate editor about a potential editorial assistant position opening (though I work with another girl who's beyond more qualified for it and will probably get it if it becomes available), though it's always good to keep building and strengthening one's network

And much more, as always.

I can't wait to finish getting this apartment set up these next two weeks. I also need to get back on track with applying for jobs and get my website set up by September 1, as well as schedule my September with both jobs, so life will be pretty insane for the next 4-6 weeks. But again, always the good kind!

Bought a TV today so I can split screen =D. I love it!!

Work, digimon, nap, hookah. Last time I got to see my small group of friends I met this summer, I'm gonna miss them so much! In other news I made two really bad ass arrangements today that turned out really fab and it just hit me how much I'm gonna miss designing.

Finished he fourth book of "A Song of Ice and Fire", cant wait to go to my friends house and pick up then next book, hopefully it doesnt make me as sad as some of the others. Also came back from vacation two days ago, lost some weight, got tan, hair is now too long. Got some nice pictures to share too

Unexpectedly reconciled with my ex so we're OK now.

And I think I'm going to pursue dental school. Maybe. The economy is pomegranate and looking for work sucks.

Had a fantastic day in the city yesterday with dad, and an overall great visit again. We got a few last things done around the house (hanging artwork, etc) so now it really looks like a home.

I am no longer obese. I am now overweight. I'll take that.
