Didn't SS it, buy one of my fiancee's sister's accounts got a 140 Weapon Box - Empress Bowgun that revealed 3L Epic.

I got a weapon box on one of my accounts and it gave a Lionheart Battle Hammer.

I suspect the boxes always reveal epic: I got a 2H Emp Mace also revealing Epic.

Of course i get "lucky" enough to get the box, but not "lucky" enough to get a shoulder or cape.
