Went to my first anime convention this past weekend with a couple friends who are vendors that travel around and sell at conventions. Helped them a bit while I was there, and they gave me this for helping out;

The Free! pouches are for a 3DS XL, but i got 2 because i couldn't decide so i can put my Vita in one as well

I lied i'm back. Managed to find a Preowned 1/8 Rise. Preowned but sealed and unopened so cheaper but new Very happy with her.

I'm getting back into my hobby model building slowly, and I picked a decent location to do so. Will post pics of what I've got so far later.

hmmm did they give you a specific date? I know with Ami Ami they say like 'late august' so it could be dispatched on like the 31st for all you know. If they told you a specific date i'd assume your stuff has been pushed back as well, but then CR should email you to say really.

Preordered my first figure today, aside from the two nendoroids I've gotten as gifts.


I'll call it a Christmas present for myself. A large one.

Picked it up when Crunchyroll had a sale on it because I didn't think I would get another chance. Arrived on my doorstep a little while ago and I immediately went to put her together. The wings make her much larger than I expected. Certainly worth the $115.

Some notes: The wings and left sword don't seem to fit in smoothly, and I didn't want to force it to avoid damage, but it's is pretty unoticable. She also does wobble a bit because she is on one leg, it shouldn't be a problem in display cases, but avoid putting her on a shaky desk.

Think im gonna have to cut down on my figure purchases now. I still have quite a few on preorder up to a Miku figure in January but after that i don't think ill get any more until i move into a bigger room. In the box room i have rn i literally have no space for any more to display lol.

No, that was a Senjougahara and Kuroneko order, ended up shipping out and arriving about two weeks later than expected. The Dark Angel Olivia Twintails was an exclusive offer, and it shipped within the week, which was nice. CR is odd with shipments. Instead of sending out the Oreimo minis I got in one shipment, they sent in 3 different ones.

Are beach queens quite small or are they just being eclipsed by the 1/6 one lol.

Beach Queens are 1/10, so a bit smaller than your average 1/8 and 1/7. 1/6 is decently larger than 1/7th and much larger than 1/8 and 1/10.
