I will add one personal note that I will be severely disappointed if any version of MapleStory gets hyper skills for the Japanese original classes before Japan. That's like giving a middle finger to the birthday boy when passing out cake.

doesnt sakura do 100% heal already? why add 20% more heal. Nothing remotely good from the hypers for kanna =( . Only reason i'd consider playing mine again is if they give level 3 link

If it did get +2 hits and 100% CDR, it would be stronger than their hyper skill attack, hit more mobs than it, and be spammable.

Nine-Tailed Fury and Summer Rain should have been their Hypers, IMO.
The Hayato hyper looks like a mix of Thousand Sword and Shinsoku.

Wow kanna with two binds and one of them is 3rd stage, got a lot of survivability, and a massive buff to their rapid attack and party support. Assuming she gets some fixes, how can you honestly complain?

Doesn't seem that good, feels more of a utility skill for me. (in terms of skill chaining)

Eh...
Issen's Hypers should be something like:
Issen - Critical Strike Reinforce: Issen grants bonus MIN and MAX Critical Damage.
Issen - Cooldown Reduce: Issen's cooldown reduced by 50% (40 sec duration, 45 sec cooldown)
Kanna
Haja Rengekifu
Same reason as Hayato's Shinsoku Musou, not sure if hypers will be enough to compensate it into use.
Koma Koma Sakura
This doesn't seem that great. I would probably replace this with Gensei Haku.
Gensei Haku - Yougen no Ibuku Reinforce: Increases Defense Ignore by +10% and Stance Rate by +20%
Gensei Haku - Haku no Shukufuku Reinforce: Increases Physical and Magic Defense by +600, Magic Attack by +10%
Gensei Haku - Hana-en Kekkai Reinforce: Increases max Firefox summons by 1, Magic Nullification chance +50%, attacks defended per FireFox increased by +1.
Kekkai Kikyou
Um.. +20% duration & 100% cooldown reduce? why? I would've probably done this:
Kekkai Kikyou - Boss Killer: Boss Damage buff increased by +10% (or 20%)
Kekkai Kikyou - Penetration: Kekkai Kikyou grants 50% (or 100%?) Elemental Resistance Ignore.
Kekkai Kikyou - Cooldown Reduce: Kekkai Kikyou's cooldown reduced by 50%.
I'll admit the numbers aren't perfect or anything, but the concept is there.

The animation of Kanna's hyper doesn't look like a bind at all. I'm calling shenanigans on that BBS post. Plus the fact that Falling Sakura healing +20% makes no sense since it already heals 100%
Then again.. I'd prefer a second bind to another crappy cookie cutter ultimate, no matter how cool it looks.
Definitely seems fake, but it was interesting to see anyway and has got my mind racing thinking about what could happen.
The demon in kanna's hyper looks like a Japanese version of the Demon Avenger demon haha
