A reset of the pic worked wonders though.

It took me three tries to get in the game, but Maple worked perfectly fine after that.

The PIC reset worked on my mule account, but its a pain to have to do it for all accounts, plus I'll probably be inputting it wrong now for months.

It's midnight here now, so I'll just go to sleep and hope by the time I wake up Nexon will have fixed this.
Besides the hassle, this forced reset means anyone without access to their registered e-mail is screwed. (Unless... did I read that email can now be changed without verifying with the old one?)

Also, the account I changed it for gave me the logout prize you get for inactive accounts, and I think I was on it last week. Maybe the PICs are reset on some accounts because these accounts have been falsely marked as inactive.

Nope. Tried accounts that were logged in today and yesterday, PIC invalid.

LOLOL. Is anyone getting random characters listed as their main character when they log onto the site? I thought I got hacked.

Edit: I was able to reset my PIC, and could use the same one again. I thought you couldn't assign the same PIC twice. Does that mean Nexon intentionally resetted most people's PICs?

My main and 2 store mule accounts did not encounter the PIC problem.

Sorry for popping up so late. This was an intended forced PIC reset as part of our security campaign. You can log into the website to reset your PIC. We kind of got our cart before the horse, though, and nobody posted about it this morning. So sorry for the confusion (we are posting about it, now).

For those of you without access to your e-mail, you can change your e-mail by logging into our website and answering your security questions. If you don't have access to that, you will need to submit a ticket to Customer Service.

It seems that everyone was forced to make a new PIC as if it was the first time making one. It fixed the problem.

I haven't changed my PIC in like 2 years. Was able to log in fine today without changing PIC, was still able to log in fine after the announcement even without changing PIC. Nexon screwed up somewhere and they're doing damage control

What the bleep - I already entered a new PIC, and now I relog and it wants me to do it again, and I can't reuse the one I set a few hours ago.

I'm going to assume there must have been some big security breach that they aren't telling us about, like has happened in the past, and that's why they are forcing this.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF every account that I changed the PIC on earlier, has to be done AGAIN.
