I still want a Cygnus class. As in, actually playing as Cygnus herself.

Gets to ride on Shinsoo and firebomb monsters, gets to use all 5 elements, gets to unmake things from existence.

All her attacks will be summons. "HALP!" "I'm here m'lady <3" And each job advancement gives you stronger summons, I: Ereve Birdsoldiers II: Cygnus Knights III: Cygnus Captains IV: Neinheart and Shinsoo. Consider moving Captains to IV, CK to III and throw in those odd Cygnus agents as II e.g. Hersha or Roca. It'll be like Assemble the Crew.

IV: Neinheart and Shinsoo.

Er, and what exactly is Neinheart gonna do?
Be slightly amused over how adventurers survive going to the Root Abyss, and summon more summons on his own?
Or be a passive damage upgrade by paying higher salaries to the knights?

Which brings up this topic: I've read that Neinheart advised Cygnus against going to find the World Tree but I've only found a source in this from the Maple Article on the Maple Global website. Is there anything in-game at all that refers to this specifically?

You guys know that even in the revamped skill descriptions it still mentions using the power of lightning to do all that, right? I think there's only four new skills that don't mention lightning in some way. Blue Colored Lightning + a sprinkling of Sea/Water.

Water is also known as an element closely related to healing. It only makes sense that her water powers were responsible for shinsoo's resurrection.

I'm not saying that Cygnus's powers weren't water based in the trailer, she used a water barrier to heal Shinsoo, yes.
It makes sense for Cygnus to have the power of ALL the elements, because the Cygnus Knights draw their power from her. While it makes sense that she uses a water based ability to heal Shinsoo, using this as a basis to speculate that ALL the Cyngus Knights will be water based is just silly.

Except that water doesn't fit the theme of any of the other Cygnus Knights. It kinda defeats the point of their thematic style if they are "WIND AND WATER" "FIRE AND WATER" "DARKNESS AND WATER".

And she doesn't just have water-based powers either, she has powers of all the elements. MAYBE they might have a second element, but I doubt it, and if they do, it won't be water.

It makes sense for Thunder Breaker to have 2 elements, as i've said before it's based on pirates and storms. It fits thematically.

The problem here is that Cygnus can't be a Transcendent of elements because it would include the light and the black mage is the Transcendent of light. Another option is that she is the Transcendent of elements but the Soul warrior/mihile group will only be the physical force of the group without any elements and the light/soul theme will be reflected by their honor (but we still have the light elemental summon...).

IMHO It's just that Cygnus absorbed Alice's powers just like the Black Mage did with Rhine and her power of time. Other option is that the contact with other Transcendents will increase the power of cygnus (Cygnus vs the Black mage, anyone?) until she becomes a Transcendent herself.

the only thing neinheart would do as a summon is berate the monsters and lower defense like threaten. (or rage internally when he is called a woman)

If you don't know a thing about Korean (hanja) how come you are confident that the correct translation is ''shinsoo barrier''? It's water barrier or water shield.

Neinheart says 물결계 with 물 meaning water (this is korean and has no hanja - therefore no other meaning than water) and 결계 meaning a barrier.

blah blah... You're right, nothing I can say will amount to anything cuz I know no Korean, I'm just saying that based on things I've got from Tower of God, what spadow replied to me earlier. In any case I doubt because thats a "water" shield, all revamps will contain water based skills.
