Yeah, it's a 3rd line of regular potential, same as the stamps you can get from Enlightening Cubes (except those are, iirc, 50%? these are 80% - ymmv but all of mine worked)

That's funny. I used 5 and all failed.

I used the 80% extra line stamp thingy and got 20% boss damage on my staff. result.

Of course now that I only have 3lined items we get these stamps. Guess I'll wait until I get a 140 shoulderpad.
