The first one looks cool. It's just a little hard to make out the letters as a favicon.
The second one is nice, but like Fiel said, the black background needs to go. The third one... I don't really see the point of it. It's just what we currently have, with an "SP" attached. The extractor is nice symbolism for what this site specializes in. The Southperry town icon is nice and all, but it feels a little cliche to use it, in my opinion. The red version of the current favicon looks ugly and doesn't fit with the site at all, I feel. I'd personally just keep our current favicon, since that's the first image I think of when I think of or hear "Southperry." I think it fits the site the best and it has been a long term symbol of this website. I would've voted for the anchor over #3, except that you can't see the S and the colors don't match...
The rest don't really make sense to me.
