Most hated Maplestory monster?

im suprised no one said this. Iron Pig at Pig Beach.

Oh, and crogs, but that was on NL. Oh look, i have enough HP to Zak w/o HB, and i can deal enough damage to kill crog in about 10 seconds, should i crog for scrolls? Oneshot, pineapple.

EDIT: Oh yeah, fuggin, Typhons and in general anything that flies. Lets have the new fury stars require them to go to a map they arent well suited for, with large flying mobs that move fast, have immense KB attack, and doesnt have a floor. Also, lets make the item they need untradeable and somewhat rare ETC drop. god damnit

What's wrong with the Iron Hog? They're killable at level 20.

Also, I enjoyed it when Bone Fish froze. You just laugh and Strafe them until they die. Hardly an annoyance.

probably the most annoying monster i've ran into are sharks...only because they have an item us archers need to get one of our skills...the fact that they dispel and slow you down is annoying for one thing, but having a very low drop rate for the items you need makes it more annoying since you're stuck there killing them to who knows whenever...
also people keep saying se20 drops from sharks too, but i've never seen it drop. and i've killed sharks for around half a day, and i've gotten every single thing a shark can drop except for se20...
most likely, any monster that has dispel is a mage's worst nightmare...

Turkey Commandos - Off screen attacking and clogged up Gryphons
Elderwraiths - Broken

Sharks - *Dead* Oh, didn't realize I got dispelled..

I hate event monsters in general, although mostly the turkeys.

If this were two years ago, when I first started during the first Anniversary event, I would have said those STUPID FRIGGIN CANDLES.

I almost quit this game because I couldn't kill the stupid things. I got SO excited when I finally killed one.

BUT NOW... I'd have to say Nest Gollems. If that stupid 5000000 pixel length attack could be avoided, without being half a map away from the stupid thing, I wouldn't get so irritated.

That's really about it.

In comparison to enemies they're usually around:

- Higher Avoidability
- Several hundred more HP
- Runs faster than they and you do
- Magic attack that can hit you from off screen
- Higher damage output
- Drops super potions to make you want to hit them

I did the lv50 chair quest as an I/L, so I have a passionate, undying hatred for electrophants.

I hate crow!! He had me so close to quitting my sader because he would always kill me when I tired to train at himes. But luckly pirates came out to give me a break from my sader and to forget about all the pain crow has caused me. Watch out crow, Im coming back soon!

Electrophants for me. They've lost me over 95% at level 50 when I was hunting for Hyper Glyphs.

I'd probably have to say the Geist rog. I've never even fought one; I just hate everything it stands for. It's the boss that pretty much sums up this game's feelings about mages at bosses. "I don't care how strong you are; you're gonna CLAW that thing, and you're gonna LIKE it."

Oh, and the black squids. Those used to piss me off back in the day. I went back there yesterday and got revenge, though. That's for clogging up my squid maps.

How many of you have been knocked down by this hellspawn slime? This is the most obnoxiously annoying monster rofl, I'm not gonna use a bliz to kill it just that it doesnt knock me all the way back down.

Too bad you were made as a support class meant to...idk, maybe support? You act like you have no purpose other than to attack when you clearly are meant to heal and hs and bless and revive and have not too much trouble being needed for boss runs. Must be tough =(

I have never APQ'd but i hate the event ones, and that was on my NL. Took me like 2 hits to kill, but actually hitting it was annoying as hell. Friggin teleport.

Sharks...no one likes sharks...no one will go to sharks...sharks dispell...dispell isn't good for any class.
