Unscheduled Server Maintenance - 1.26.2012

8AM to 8PM?

Nicely timed once again, that's about my whole day. Thank goodness the evo ring event was extended, because assuming they will extend this by at least an hour, I wouldn't be able to upgrade my 3 evo rings.

Game was up for nearly 4 hours, but they all just went down again...

Such a weird, confusing, frustrating, and horrible week for maplestory. Aye aye aye.

I managed to grab a ring upgrade. I have to ask, though...What on earth is Nexon doing? This is far worse than their usual level of incompetency.

We've been through massive extensions before, we've had them bring the game up without fixing anything before, but I don't think we've EVER had them open up the game in the middle of a server check just to kick everyone off a short while after to continue + extend the maintenance by an hour. Nexon's trolling as always, unfortunately ):

Honestly, I'd rather have them take the servers back down and actually try and fix the problem, rather than just leave them up and watch the pomegranate hit the fan for the THIRD DAY.

How can the extend it when it aint even running? Does not compute.

It was probably extended because of the time the game went back online after the maint first started.

Before any SC you can dupe, it's been like that forever. Channels weren't crashing like they were before. It wasn't as bad as the first day of it.

I'm Right there with you, i even have my personal pc at work just to go afk (thank god i have a closed office XD), but now that when the servers come back up all the scriptie kiddies will be there, after class, homework done (not!!!), just pooped, just had lunch, eager to dupe, refreashing the "maple stats" untill they see a green dot and get in and start dupping hahahahah, they are there, they are ready, OMG THEY ARE CLICKING AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA hahahahahahah like a scary movie right?? >.o.
