In case you are wondering, the bag is a Party Quest item bag. You can get it from a special quest that requires you to clear a Party Quest.
In this bag, you can store up to 8 Party Quest items. Proof of the Hob Warrior is one of them. I think other Party Quests have similar items in which you have to trade it for a reward.

I believe I also heard people say that the Dimensional Mirror's supposed to tell you how many more times you can do each PQ for that day(Though, only heard about it through hear-say, never seen a SS to confirm it ever existed in KMS), and I'm pretty sure we don't have that either =/

Makes PQing a tad bit inconvenient >< Especially not having the bag. Had a few times where I was forced to drop a PQ item because I had so many from different ones Dx

Yup, we have that, and if you talk to the NPC in charge of each PQ, they'll tell you how many you have left too.
