Nobody knows,but probably,by a fixed amount of xp.not in %.

They better not muck up the ring event by doing stupid crap like extended maintenances and other ungodly blasphemous acts.

30% at level 60 is about 70k exp. If that person was correct, and the EXP is flat rate rather than % based, then it would be 2 full levels per capsule around 3x.

I saw that they iincreased Truckers EXP, dunno if it was by accident though, they are going to need to make mini-dungeons or fix it, I don't really care which I'll play either way.

If they give us a free slot I'm just going to use it to make a Bandit. I don't have much interest in the Resistance.

I look forward to missing another day in the ring event due to whatever they can mess up from this patch.

It will still be 8-14 hours. I was hoping they would add the next patch after the ring event...it is going to be hard getting the rings on patch day.
