There will never be a patch on the epic scale of Big Bang again, because the game doesn't need such a massive revamp anymore. So, with this previous logic, Big Bang is the only real patch? That's basically what you said. Not an event area though.(I think thats what your saying correct me if I'm wrong) street Wrote:How does durability system work? Here's what I don't get: Why does Nexon keep releasing more World Tour content prior to releasing Big Bang? It just seems to me like it's going to be more monsters they are going to have to change the stats of (unless as some speculate, they won't change them) and also any bugs that might come up when integrating Big Bang. If I were NexonAM, I would have just scrapped World Tour altogether like kMS, and not have to worry about that kind of stuff. And to those that say "oh, well people would start whining and complaining if they took those spots out": Korean MS got away with it, and they're doing just fine.
Also, here's my speculation as to the reason they released Hob PQ first instead of Ghost Ship: it would fit October's "spooky" theme more, with the ghosts and all.

Everytime you get hit, an item losses 1 durability. Some attacks also make it lose 1 durability. 1 durability =/= 1%. Most items have around 25000 durability.

Bug Fixes/Changes/Know Issues - Players should no longer experience periodic lag when playing MapleStory. Combattente summed up my feelings exactly. Combattente Wrote:

You can always repair durability items, it's about 1.2m to repair this from 0%-100%. 10% HP is always nice too.

Last I used Durability items they only go down when you perform some actions (weapons is usually attacking) (armor is usually taking damage). Still a nice find for someone needing a stat specific item or extra HP.
I also like the additon of the Gamepad configuration, but I wonder how it will work. Joy2Key is setup for a variety of controllers with up to 36 total buttons. Is Nexon's going to be auto-detect numbers of buttons to have preset amounts per controller or just have a number like 32-36 buttons where we configure each one?
