As I said before. Assuming anything about Nexon at this point is pointless. They're doing things completely unexpected, for three patches in a roll.

What? This isn't a Masteria expansion.

And while I'm on that, this still in no way means we'll be getting Neo Tokyo. I'm sure this is an event area like the last bunch that will come and go. It would save them the time of adjusting it post BB while keeping people somewhat happy while they wait.
