Influx of 50% 2H Weapon scrolls?

Doesn't work that way. Your account will only be deemed new if the account has only 1 character made then advanced to level 1. If you delete it, it resets the new status since you don't have any other characters.

I've actually done it before though. 3 arans on one account with three scrolls. O_o

Yeah you just need one account. I have a level 10 on one and I remake the second character.

I doubt this will lead to a RB. The economy is not in shambles. Nobody is really complaining... It's equal access to everyone. The scrolls are great.

My fear is just that they will be come untradable, but that's not a fear at all, is it? The account with the scrolls still has godly scrolls, and can still make awesome items.
