For DK/DrK's, which ring would be the best for them? Critical ring?

Yes.

If I were going with Option B, getting the ring on a pre-existing lv. 50+ adventurer, I could trade it to my lv. 18x NL via storage only once, correct? And if I were doing this, the other 50+ adventurer character would not have a ring. Assuming I did trade the ring to my primary NL, would my NL(when it eventually leveled) still be able to get a 2nd ring to trade off back to the other lv. 50+ adventurer character so that both characters would have their own ring of the same kind(critical)? Or can you only have one(of a kind) on a single character at any given time?

Maybe it's better to focus on whether the Cruel or Crit ring is better for ranged characters. I think someone did some calcs and found the crit was better overall, but I don't really remember seeing it.

If you're not ranged, you should probably get the Crit ring anways. Lillins might be bettersolo, but thorns and SE change that. If you're a mage

I heard a rumour you can get the ring then delete the character and keep the ring, is that true? b/c I don't have a lot of space on my main acc, and it would save me some NX down the road if I don't need an extra char slot for Dual Blade. I doubt it'd work like this, but it's worth checking right?

You ONLY get a Cruel Ring if you level up a level 50 or higher character 30 times or if you're level 200. Those who make a brand new character and level it from 1 to 50 within the duration of the event will receive a choice of three rings; Adventurer's Cruel Ring, Adventurer's Critical Ring and Adventurer's Magical Ring.

So if you have a level 200 char already, you can instantly get a Cruel Ring?

I already wasted a few hundred million meso to prepare to make a new character for these rings =x

Yep, the ring is indendant from the character, so You can delete the char and keep the ring as long as you put the ring in storage first.

As long as you put it into storage before you delete the character, yes. You can get as many as you storage will hold.

Only Heroes and Paladins and that is only if they don't have the level 70 Aran ring.

But, if you're going to have either SE or Thorns and you're one of those two classes it would be good to use the Critical. Otherwise the level 70 Lillin's ring is better.
