What nerfs?

I guess making a hitbox smaller is a nerf?

I guess what he's complaining is that just changing small details on skills (what he calls nerfs) isn't ineteresting and that he'd much rather see quest lines or more important information

It's quite normal to get all the skills of the new jobs set up before they start doing their town and questline.
