I tried yugi, light yagami, conan all got it all right.
Next I went HuJingTao (chinese president), and various famous singers, all got it.

And finally it lost when I thought of Cindy Yen, (the girl in my avatar) it keeps on guessing other famous asian singers.

Because he learns from people playing. If a majority of people who pick those vague answers end up with Kaiba, then he doesn't need to question you any further. When you raise enough flags for one character, he'll point it out. If he gets it wrong, he keeps on questioning. He gets 3 tries before you beat him.
