Win7 Paint is indeed weird. But you don't need Paint or any editing software at all to post such a pic if you use Screengrab! like I (and all other cool people) do.

I wish I could say what post it was about but I don't really know.

The second (flame) was related to Harrisonized.
The first (spam) was for posting about a hundred s in a chompy funhouse thread.
